This 6-week Blended ESP Program for Business English custom-designed for Gulf Bank branch Managers. The program aims at enhancing participants' oral and writing communication skills through Internet-based activities and projects. Various advanced voice and text chat supported technologies will be integrated and utilized to assist participants learn and practice English speaking and writing skills needed for their daily communication tasks / activities in the workplace. At the end of this course a community of practice online is created comprising the group of branch managers who learned how to become independent learners and understood the concept of learning through collaborative communities of practice in an informal fun online learning environment.
