My name is Othman Alqwnaei, and I am from Kuwait. I have a BA in Political Science with a minor major in Management. I started my career at Gulf Bank, as a Customer Service Representative, (CSR) in Bayan Branch, on Apr 18, 2004. Shortly after that, I was promoted and assigned the position of Relationship Officer, (RO) in Surra Branch, and then became a Senior (RO).

I was further promoted, and at present, I am the Acting Manager of Al-Addan Branch. I believe that for anybody to achieve success is to have complete strong faith in God.

My name is Buthaina, an EFL and ESP instructor at the Language Center of Kuwait University, since Spring 2001. I used to be a sub-editor in the English Editorial Department at KUNA, 1983-1989. I have a Master of Science, (MS) in TESOL from the University at Albany, SUNY, since 2000, and I am a certified Synchronous Facilitator, by InSync Training, recognized and recommended by The United States Distance Learning Association in partnership with the Nova Southeastern University, since March 2006. I am also a member of the current TESOL Electronic Village Online, (EVO) coordinating team.
