"Let 'em Hear Your Voice!"

Utilize Entertainment Stuff Installed on Your PC!

(Note: Your PC must have a sound card, microphone, and speakers)

 

Step by step instructions

  • Step 1:

    Press Start.
    Select Programs.

  • Step 2:

    Select Accessories.
    Select Entertainment.(For Window XP, other system operation systems might have it as Multimedia)

  • Step3:

    Select Sound Recorder.

  • Step 4:

    You should see now the recording box.

    • To record your voice message:
    1. Press the Record button.
    2. Speak clearly into your PC’s microphone.
    3. Read and Record your self-introduction:

    Example of a self-introduction:

    “Hi, my name is ------------”
    “I am from ------------".
    “I am a student / teacher ......etc..

    Then, do the following:

    1. Press the Stop button when you are finished speaking.
    2. To listen to what you’ve recorded, press Play.
    3. To save the recording, click on File and Save As.
    4. Name your voice-file in the Save As dialog box.
    5. Click Save. (Make sure you save your voice-file on a floppy disk)
