The number of supporting points
and supporting details determines the number of sentences in a paragraph.
The more points and specific details, the writer provides, means more sentences
are to be written. Meanwhile, the number of supporting
points decides the number of paragraphs in the body of an essay. The more
supporting points the writer mentions, the more paragraphs are to be written.
