•       Then, 12-14 cups of water are added,  immediately. After it starts boiling, six-eight threads of saffron and four- five cups of rice are added.The rice can be manipulated during the first five minutes with the spoon, while it is on the fire.It, then, should be  cooked between 20-30 minutes.Then, if the rice is seemed to be a little hard, it is covered with a newspaper for about 10 minutes.Finally, our paella is ready to be eaten.
