Group, by Dr. Elizabeth Hans-Smith, in California, US, where you will find excellent writing materials, including a self-test that can tell you about your weaknesses and strengthes in writing. In addition, you could do the writing exercises, included in the tutorials, which should help you improve your writing skill.

  1. Join <http://groups.yahoo.com/group/academic_writing/>.
  2. Then, click on FILES, on the left side column of the yahoo group website.
  3. After that, click on "Constructing the Paragraph". There you should find the Self-Test and Tutorials.
  4. Do the Self-Test, and then send an email to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/academic_writing/ with your score in each exercise.
