My First Online Handout

Many thanks go to Vance stevens, founder and leader of Webheads in Action's CoP, for all the tips he provided, helping me create the handout above.

Meet Mariam Shehab, a TA at the ELU/Science and a new Webhead in Action! Welcome aboard Mariam! (From left to right),Mariam and Buthaina , during one of Buthaina's C-Lab sessions for her General English 090 class, Spring 2003
  • Website # 1: URL: <>

The above website was built and published by Mariam Shehab, an EFL Teacher Assistant,(TA) in the English Language Unit at the Faculty of Scince. Mariam is from Kuwait and has joined Webheads in Action, recently!

  • Website # 2: URL: <has not been sent, yet>
  • Later, Dot Mackenzie, ESP, EfS course # 161 coordinator, from Scottland, said she preferred not to publish her new GeoCities website, which she has built and published during my workshop!

Dot has also joined Webheads in Action, lately!

  • Website # 3: URL: <has not been sent, yet>
  • Jennifer Baran, an EFL Instructor, at the ELU-Faculty of Science, from America, preferred to use her new GeoCitis website, which she has built during my workshop. She preferred to use her new homepage for personal purposes to publish a book, "One Year of Hell in Kuwait", she was writing to describe her new experience, living and working in Kuwait! She promised to send me her URL when her book is completed and published on the Internet to be read by the whole world.

Thank you colleagues at ELU/Science for the support!
